shipping
All mobiles and garlands are handmade to order. Single item orders usually ship within 3-5 days although delivery times can vary. Please email me with special delivery requests or rush orders and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Orders within the US are shipped via insured priority mail which is a 2-3 day delivery service.
International shipping is available. Please email before placing your order for a shipping quote.
gift wrap
We offer an ever changing selection of charming gift wrap options which can be added to your order for $5 per item at check out.
returns
Because we want every customer to be thrilled and delighted with our products we encourage you to contact us with your questions before making a purchase. We are happy to assist you in making a confident selection!
All of the products on this site are hand made to order and carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. In the rare instance that an item is received damaged it will be replaced with the same item. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a return request. All other returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and are accepted at our discretion. A 20% restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of re-packaging the returned item. We appreciate your consideration of the fact that we are a very small business which cannot absorb the high cost of processing unnecessary returns.
