MOBILES:
All mobiles are handmade to order and usually ship within 2-5 days. Please email me with special delivery requests or rush orders and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
VINTAGE:
Vintage orders are shipped within 2 days of order.
Both Domestic and International orders are shipped via Insured Priority Mail. Delivery times: 2-3 days within the US and 6-10 days for International shipments.
Email me for International shipping rates.
Any customs or duties incurred on International shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
PICK UP OPTION:
I welcome customers to my studio to pick up orders to avoid shipping costs. The studio is located in Portland, Oregon. Email me to arrange pick up before placing your order.

Because I want every customer to be thrilled and delighted with their purchase, I encourage you to contact me with questions you may have before placing an order. I am happy to assist you in making a confident selection!
MOBILES:
All mobiles are hand made to order and carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case that an item is received damaged it will be replaced with the same item. All other return requests will be evaluated on an individual basis and are accepted at my discretion. A restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of re-packaging the returned item. I appreciate your consideration of the fact that frazier + wing is a very small business which cannot absorb the high cost of processing unnecessary returns. All return requests or problems must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
VINTAGE:
Purchases of vintage items are final sales due to the one of a kind nature of these pieces. I strive to describe the condition and qualities of the pieces accurately. Keep in mind that vintage items will show signs of age. Please email before purchase if you have questions. I am happy to help!
